We came across Rikett when researching flooring for our student housing portfolio. Initially, we thought quartz tile was one more composition tile, but we started to realize how well it handles high-traffic dormitory corridors. Rikett makes the tile rather than installing it, and its 20-year commercial wear-through warranty and four styles in more than 70 colors helped settle the choice.

Our largest event of 2023 featured demonstrations from 15 trusted contractors including flooring specialists, HVAC professionals, and landscaping experts. Property owners gained valuable insights into service quality standards and project planning.
